Abstract

Sekolah Islam Al Islah Surabaya, terletak di pusat kota Surabaya, memiliki tradisi panjang dalam menyediakan pendidikan berkualitas tinggi yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan kurikulum modern. Meskipun sekolah ini memiliki fasilitas yang memadai, prestasi akademik dan non-akademik yang impresif, serta komunitas sekolah yang aktif dan dinamis, tantangan dalam meningkatkan jumlah pendaftaran siswa baru tetap ada. Peningkatan persaingan dari sekolah-sekolah lain di area yang sama, perubahan preferensi orang tua dan calon siswa, serta tantangan dalam menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas melalui strategi pemasaran tradisional menjadi beberapa permasalahan utama. Dalam kondisi eksisting, Sekolah Islam Al Islah Surabaya telah menggunakan media sosial sebagai bagian dari strategi pemasarannya, namun pemanfaatan platform ini belum maksimal. Analisis awal menunjukkan bahwa konten yang dipublikasikan terutama bersifat informatif dan kurang memanfaatkan potensi interaktif dan emosional media sosial untuk menciptakan engagement yang kuat dengan audiens. Fenomena FOMO, yang dapat memotivasi audiens untuk segera bertindak agar tidak ketinggalan, belum dimanfaatkan secara strategis dalam konten yang ada.
