Sosialisasi Vaksinasi Covid-19 dan Pemeriksaan IgG Kuantitatif Pre dan Pasca Vaksinasi Kepada Mahasiswa Magang di RSI Jemursari Surabaya

Latar Belakang Masih banyak mahasiswa magang di lingkungan RSI Jemursari Surabaya yang belum paham betul perihal vaksinasi Covid-19, sehingga perlu diadakan sosialisasi untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan keikutsertaan vaksinasi. Penilaian efektivitas vaksin yang penting untuk dievaluasi, mendorong penyelenggara untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kadar antibodi yang terbentuk pada mahasiswa setelah menerima vaksinasi Covid-19. Kadar antibodi Ig G kuantitatif diharapkan akan meningkat secara signifikan setelah pemberian vaksinasi Covid-19. Metode Sosialisasi vaksinasi Covid-19 dilakukan secara daring berupa presentasi dan tanya jawab. Pemeriksaan kadar antibodi IgG kuantitatif dilakukan di Laboratorium RSI Jemursari menggunakan metode CLIA (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay) sebelum vaksinasi dan 28 hari sesudah vaksinasi. Data diolah secara
statistik untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan bermakna sebelum dan sesudah vaksinasi (p<0,05). Hasil dan Pembahasan Sosialisasi mengenai vaksin dilakukan untuk menambah wawasan mengenai vaksinasi Covid-19 dan meningkatkan kesadaran ikut serta vaksinasi sebagai upaya memberikan herd immunity untuk melindungi diri dan orang disekitarnya. Sedangkan pemeriksaan antibodi IgG kuantitatif dilakukan untuk mengamati respon pembentukan antibodi pada mahasiswa penerima vaksin sebagai
tanda telah terbentuknya kekebalan terhadap Covid-19. Sosialisasi vaksinasi Covid-19 telah dilakukan pada pada 35 mahasiswa secara daring menggunakan metode presentasi dan tanya jawab. Dari 35 orang mahasiswa yang mengikuti sosialisasi, semua mengikuti vaksinasi. Sebanyak 25 orang bersedia mengikuti pemeriksaan antibodi IgG kuantitatif (pre dan pasca vaksinasi). Kadar antibodi rerata pre vaksinasi sebesar 35,33 AU/L, sedangkan sesudah vaksinasi (hari ke 28 pasca vaksinasi) sebesar 424,64 AU/L. Berdasarkan
uji statistik hasil pemeriksaan antibodi IgG kuantitatif menunjukkan ada perbedaan bermakna kadar antibodi IgG terhadap virus Covid-19 sebelum dan sesudah vaksinasi (p< 0,05). Kesimpulan Sosialisasi vaksinasi Covid-19 berdampak positif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan antibodi IgG terhadap Covid-19 sesudah vaksinasi. Perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar antibodi IgG serial untuk mengetahui berapa lama antibodi ini dapat bertahan.
