Penurunan Aktivitas Fisik Selama Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Gangguan Nyeri Musculoskeletal

Pembatasan aktivitas dan physical distancing dapat mengganggu kegiatan rutin dari masyarakat sehingga marubah pola hidup masyarakat lebih lama menghabiskan waktu di dalam rumah dan menimbulkan peningkatan waktu duduk, berbaring, bermain game, menonton TV dan bermain dengan smartphone, kondisi tersebut jika berlangsung dengan jangka waktu yang lama akan meningkatkan resiko terkena penyakit tidak menular salah satunya peningkatan nyeri pada sistem musculoskeletal. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksnakan selama 1 hari, pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasional dengan desain cross-sectional study dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Dari hasil observasi dihasilkan sebanyak 36 masyarakat yang menjadi sampel dengan frekuensi gangguan musculoskeletal sebanyak 69.4%, neuromuscular 19.4%, visceral 2.8%, headache 5.6%, hypertention 2.8%. Sebaran frekuensi gangguan nyeri musculoskeletal meliputi frozen shoulder 16%, myofascial syndrome 52%, knee osteoarthritis 12%, low back pain 12%, carpal tunnel syndrome 4% dan calcaneuspur 4%. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 selain menimbulkan peningkatan prevalensi penyakit menular tetapi disisi lain juga meningkatkan prevalensi penyakit tidak menular salah satunya adalah nyeri pada sistem musculoskeletal salah satunya adalah myofascial pain syndrome. Peningkatkan gangguan tersebut akibat dari pembatasan aktivitas fisik diluar ruangan, pembatasan sosial, fasilitas work from home dan physical distancing membuat masyarakat lebih memilih menghabiskan waktu didalam rumah.
