Virtual reality-based simulations allow nursing students to practice administering oxygen therapy in a controlled and safe environment while receiving immediate feedback on their performance. Aim of the study: This research aims to investigate the perceptions of nursing students who have taken oxygen therapy training using virtual reality simulations. Methodology: This descriptive qualitative study adopted a design utilizing in-depth interview research with 10 second-year nursing students. All interviews were recorded, transcribed verbatim, and analyzed using thematic analysis. Main Findings: Three themes emerged from this study: “positive experiences”, “the learning process through virtual reality”, and “benefit of using virtual reality”. Participants highlighted the fun experiences and excitement they felt while using virtual reality. Virtual reality can also increase their confidence and ability in oxygen therapy skills. However, participants highlighted the need for adaptation, especially in their initial experiences with virtual reality. Conclusion: Participants had great experiences offering oxygen treatment using virtual reality. Although there are some early hurdles and adjustments necessary, virtual reality may help students grow more adept and confident in their skills. The outcomes of this study will assist nursing educators and professors in planning and developing training techniques for nursing skill development.</p>2024-12-10T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://conferences.unusa.ac.id/index.php/paset/article/view/1425Legal Consequences of Obligations for Counseling Guidance Services on Campus2024-12-10T04:17:46+00:00Sofwan Rizko Ramadonisofwanrizko_r@fh.unmul.ac.idReza Pramasta Geganasofwanrizko_r@fh.unmul.ac.id, Kalen Sanatasofwanrizko_r@fh.unmul.ac.idRika Aulia Sarisofwanrizko_r@fh.unmul.ac.id<p>Counseling services for all students, including students, are in fact a fundamental educational service that must be provided by every campus. This study aims to determine the relationship between health locus of control and quality of life of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at RSIS Jemursari and health locus of control. This study used a correlation analytic design with a cross-sectional approach used. A total of 150 patients undergoing hemodialysis at RSIS Jemursari were the subjects of this study. The sample of this study consisted of 109 people who were selected by simple randomization. Data were collected through the Multidimentional Health Locus of Control Form A and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires. The results were analyzed using the Spearman Rank test with a significance of <0.05. The results showed that almost half (49.5%) had high health locus of control and almost half (45.9%) had high quality of life. Based on the results of the spearmant rank analysis, ρ = 0.000, then H0 is rejected, which means that there is a relationship between health locus of control and quality of life in patients undergoing hemodialysis. The better the health control, the better the quality of life for people on dialysis. So, it is expected that patients gather information about their disease and learn how to maintain their health and take steps to improve their health so that they can live a better quality of life.</p>2024-12-03T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://conferences.unusa.ac.id/index.php/paset/article/view/1428Parenting Program for Family (Pa-Prof) Based on Literacy and Local Wisdom: An Educational Concept in the Digital Era2024-12-10T04:38:57+00:00Gaharani Saraswatigaharani03@gmail.comMirwan Aji Solehgaharani03@gmail.comAvini Martinigaharani03@gmail.com<p>This research is motivated by the existence of gender gaps and the lack of fathers' roles in the family, use of gadgets among children without supervision, and cases of violence and promiscuity were found by children and adolescents.
